With a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in need. During my time at Carefor from 2019 to present, I have been instrumental in ensuring the hygiene and well-being of residents through personalized care plans and attentive support. From assisting with daily hygiene routines to preparing meals and facilitating recreational activities, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for those under my care.
My tenure at Paramed between 2015 and 2017 honed my skills in delivering in-home care services tailored to the unique needs of each client. I meticulously documented care activities, observed and reported changes in health conditions, and maintained open communication with supervisors to ensure the well-being of beneficiaries. Additionally, my experience working with nuns in a specialized care setting further honed my ability to provide respectful and dignified care to individuals with varying needs.
Educationally, I have completed the Personal Support Worker program in Ottawa, alongside earning a Quebec secondary school diploma and an advanced diploma in psychosocial intervention. Equipped with a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in working within healthcare environments and certifications in PDSB, RCR, and ADP, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
Through my volunteer work with Cuso International's Midwife program, I have had the privilege of expanding my expertise to global healthcare initiatives aimed at saving lives and promoting maternal well-being.
