Currently pursuing studies at Ontario College for PSW since September 2023, I am adept at assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to develop skills and achieve independence. This involves creating and implementing individual support plans in collaboration with the individuals and their families. From accompanying clients to doctor's appointments and assisting with banking services, to organizing outings and facilitating mobility and transfers, I ensure their personal and social needs are met. Additionally, I perform necessary care tasks while administering medication as required, documenting all activities and progress in detailed reports.
