Many caregivers register with multiple home care agencies to wait for more job opportunities. However, home care agencies charge clients a 40% or more markup on what they pay caregivers. When caregivers can send service rates directly to clients, the rates should be lower than those from agencies, which will help caregivers get jobs more efficiently.

We used to run like a traditional homecare company, receiving client requests, sending them to caregivers for quotes, and then adding management fees before sending rates to clients. However, this did not fulfill our vision: clients enjoying high-quality care at affordable rates, and caregivers getting paid more.

Now, clients and caregivers can negotiate rates and pay for services directly, we do not make any profit in the middle. In order to cover the development and maintenance of our website and the enormous monthly advertising costs, we need to maintain operations by charging for adding listings.

In addition, We once allowed people to add listings for free. However, many people without qualifications posted profile pages here, which decreased service quality and increased risk to clients; it is also unfair competition for caregivers who have been long trained and qualified. Charging for adding profile pages and qualification verification will filter out such people.

In accordance with regulations and industry norms, some home care and home health care require appropriate licenses and certifications, and different categories of services have different licensing and certification requirements. To ensure legal compliance, we need to confirm that caregivers have the required licenses and certifications to classify their services into a specific service category.

The “VERIFIED” badge on our platform indicates that the service provider has passed relevant training and is competent to provide the service. Achieving this badge means that the service provider has provided evidence of required qualifications and adhered to relevant standards, demonstrating higher trustworthiness and credibility.

While the majority of our clients require in-home personal support services and daily living care, as well as home health services and physical therapy, they also require additional living assistance to help them improve their quality of life, such as hair, facials, makeup, nails, and help them take great photos and more.

In addition, some need assistance with shopping, picking up medications, shoveling snow, weeding and light gardening, carpet cleaning, furniture assembly and repair, small appliance repair, or help with writing, dictation, or even legal services.

We welcome all service providers who can provide services at clients’ specified locations to list their services here so that assistance can be provided immediately when clients need it. We also welcome businesses that provide health care, treatment and rehabilitation services that are required to be performed at a specific site to list their services here so that clients can arrange to receive services at your facility.
