In accordance with regulations and industry norms, some home care and home health care require appropriate licenses and certifications, and different categories of services have different licensing and certification requirements. To ensure legal compliance, we need to confirm that caregivers have the required licenses and certifications to classify their services into a specific service category, so users cannot select a service category and license title when creating a profile page on our website. Only after we verify that the caregiver holds the relevant valid credentials will we display the caregiver’s service category and credentials and add a “VERIFIED” badge to their profile pages.
The “VERIFIED” badge on our platform indicates that the service provider has passed relevant training and is competent to provide the service. Achieving this badge means that the service provider has provided evidence of required qualifications and adhered to relevant standards, demonstrating higher trustworthiness and credibility.

The CPR/First Aid certificate must: 1. Be issued by a Canadian authorized organization; 2. Have passed all on-site training and examinations. Any certificate that consists solely of online CPR/First Aid training and courses will not be accepted.
