I’ve always been drawn to helping others, finding deep satisfaction in making a positive difference in people’s lives. My journey led me to pursue a career as a Personal Support Worker, where I could combine my natural empathy with practical skills to provide compassionate care and support.

During my clinical placement at Sumach by Chatwell, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in providing personalized care to seniors. I learned the importance of meticulous documentation, adhering to strict safety protocols, and adapting my approach based on individual preferences and abilities.

Prior to entering the healthcare field, I developed strong communication and organizational skills through roles in customer service and administrative support.
