Services on ComforHome

This section outlines the two categories of services provided on ComforHome, each with distinct service providers and corresponding responsibilities:

Website Services provided by ComforHome: We provide comprehensive website services to our users to enable them to create and post listings showcasing their services, including the creation and use of accounts, uploading and editing the content of user’s listings, user interaction, and access to all of the features, functions, and tools available on the ComforHome website. We will do our best to keep the ComforHome website operating legally, securely, and functionally.
  2. Independent Service Providers: ComforHome welcomes the provision of various quality in-home care, personal support, and additional living assistance services, as well as household services focusing on improving the quality of life for individuals and families. Independent service providers register and use the ComforHome Website Services to interact with and provide services to other users. In such cases, ComforHome is only the Website Service provider and is only responsible for the functionality of its Website Services. Independent service providers are solely responsible for the services they provide.

Please note that ComforHome explicitly defines the category and scope of services provided by independent service providers, as described in the relevant sections.

Create an Account.

To utilize and enjoy certain aspects of our Website Services, registration and the creation of an account are required. You must be at least 19 years old and a resident of Canada to use the Platform. Your email address and a secure password will be needed to set up your account. You hold sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately at info@comforhome.ca if you suspect any unauthorized use or compromise of your account. Transferring your account to a third party without our consent is strictly prohibited.

You also have the option to connect to our Website Services through an independent service. By doing so, you grant us permission to access, store, and utilize the information provided by that service in accordance with their policies, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Engaging with the Services.

  • Provide false or misleading information;

  • Engage in spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
  • Distribute viruses or any other harmful technologies;
  • Overload our infrastructure or disrupt the proper functioning of ComforHome;
  • Replicate, alter, or distribute another person’s content;
  • Use automated means to access ComforHome without our permission;
  • Collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
  • Circumvent any security measures put in place to restrict access to ComforHome.

You further agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards relevant to your activities on ComforHome.

Abusing ComforHome Services.

For any issues or offensive content, please contact info@comforhome.ca. We are committed to maintaining a properly functioning website. We reserve the right to limit or terminate our Website Services, remove hosted content, and take necessary technical and legal actions to address any problems or violations of our policies. This includes suspending or terminating your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service;
  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Engage in conduct that harms the Platform or other users.

Global Marketplace.

Please note that ComforHome reserves the right to display your listings on other classified sites in different countries besides ours. By using our Website Services, you agree to have your listings showcased on these external sites. While the terms for these sites are similar to ours, you must know that you might need to comply with additional laws or regulations specific to the country where your listings is published. Should you choose to post your listings on another site, it is your responsibility to ensure that it aligns with the policies of that particular site. We reserve the right to remove any listings that are flagged on any of our websites or if we believe they are causing issues or violating any regulations or policies. Stay updated and in compliance with our terms for a seamless experience.

Fees

Using our Website Services is generally free, but some may come with fees. If a service you use charges a fee, you can review and accept it. Our fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars and may change over time. Any changes to our fee policy will be communicated by posting on the website. We may temporarily adjust our fees for promotional events or new services, and these changes will be effective upon announcement. Please note that all fees are non-refundable and must be paid on time. Failure to do so may result in limitations to your use of the Website Services. In case of payment method failure or overdue accounts, we may employ other collection mechanisms to collect outstanding fees.

Applicable Canadian taxes related to our Services will be collected accordingly. Please ensure you provide accurate address information to comply with relevant laws. ComforHome reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine and collect appropriate taxes if the necessary information is not provided. You are solely responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes resulting from selling your services or items listed on ComforHome.

While most features of the Website Services are available across all ComforHome websites and associated mobile applications, there might be variations in certain features and functionality depending on the website or mobile device you use to access our Website Services.

To use specific functionality on our website, you must be a resident of Canada and legally capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. This includes being of legal age in your respective Province or Territory. The ComforHome website may have additional requirements outlined in ComforHome’s other policies. Using ComforHome, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including licensing and insurance requirements, for any sales and purchases you make from sellers on our platform.

Content.

The Website Services provided on this website include content from us, you, and other users, as well as our independent service providers. By accessing and using the Website Services, you agree not to copy, modify, resell, or distribute any of the Services, including our copyrights or trademarks. When you contribute content to us, you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use that content, including the copyright, publicity, and database rights associated with it. If you believe that your rights have been infringed upon, please contact us at info@comforhome.ca, and we will promptly investigate the matter. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or infringes upon the rights of any other party without prior notice.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements (Verified Rights Owners – VeRO). 

Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties. This includes but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark. Do not post content that contains any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties unless consent has been obtained from each such individual as may be required. We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms, our policies or any party’s rights. The following steps are for reporting a listing to ComforHome that you believe infringes on your intellectual property rights. Only the intellectual property rights owner can report potentially infringing items or listings through ComforHome’s VeRO Program. If you have a good faith belief that a listing on any of the Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, all you need to do is contact info@comforhome.ca. After we receive your email, ComforHome will confirm your enrolment in our program. We reserve the right to share, in accordance with applicable law with the third party that originally posted the potentially infringing listing.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability. 

Please note that our Website Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot be held responsible for the actions or content posted by other users. Additionally, we are not responsible for the payment processing of independent payment processors. If you link an Independent Payment Processor account to your ComforHome Account, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions for payments made through ComforHome. We are not liable for any loss, claims, or damages arising from these independent services, except where such losses result from our gross negligence in verifying independent service providers’ credentials during registration. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees paid to us in the six months before the action giving rise to liability or (b) 500 Canadian Dollars.

As user-generated content is prevalent on our Website Services, we do not guarantee any listings or communications’ accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness. Furthermore, continuous or secure access to our Services cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that notification functionality within our Services may experience delays beyond our control, such as delays due to physical location or wireless data service providers’ networks. Therefore, we explicitly disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, express or implied, including those relating to quality, merchantability, durability, and fitness for a specific purpose, to the extent legally permitted. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of ComforHome, even if we were advised or could reasonably foresee the possibility of such damages, unless specified otherwise in this section. Some jurisdictions may not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so the mentioned disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you. We strongly recommend that users consider obtaining their own insurance to cover potential risks associated with services arranged through the Platform

Indemnification. 

By using the Website Services provided by ComforHome and its affiliates, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Indemnified Parties, including our officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claims made by third parties. This includes any amounts payable to the third party, whether in settlement or as awarded and reasonable legal costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties. This indemnification extends to any alleged violations of the applicable terms and any alleged violations of applicable laws or regulations. Please note that while we reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control in such matters, it does not excuse your indemnity obligations.

Personal Information.

When utilizing our Services, you acknowledge and consent to ComforHome (the “data controller”) collecting, transferring, storing, and utilizing your personal information (e.g., name, contact details, credentials) on servers located in the United States and the European Union, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We collect this information to:

  • Facilitate matches between clients and independent service providers;
  • Improve Platform functionality;
  • Send service-related communications.

We may also use your data for marketing purposes (e.g., newsletters), but only if you explicitly opt in via your account settings. You may opt out at any time by updating your preferences or contacting us at info@comforhome.ca. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we are not liable for breaches beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks).

General. 

These terms and our other posted policies on the Website Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us, replacing any previous agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply to it. Both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Province of Ontario. Your statutory rights as a consumer and specific topics governed by applicable consumer law will not be affected. Non-enforcement of any provision by us does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will still be valid. We may assign this agreement at our discretion, as outlined in the notice provision below (no notice is required for assignment to an affiliate). Account Creation and Responsibility

Creating an account on ComforHome is the first step in accessing our services. When you set up your account, it’s imperative that you provide information that is both accurate and current. You have the option to terminate your account at any time you choose. However, it’s important to understand that closing your account does not negate any ongoing or completed transactions that were initiated through the platform.

ComforHome reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, at our sole discretion. This action may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of the Terms of Service, engaging in prohibited activities, providing false or misleading information, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the ComforHome community or its operational integrity. Upon termination, you may lose access to the services and content associated with your account. ComforHome is not obliged to provide a notice or explanation for the termination but may do so as a courtesy. Buyer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to carefully select the services that best meet your needs. This involves reviewing the offerings of various independent service providers on our platform and making an informed decision. You agree to fulfill your financial obligations for the services you purchase. This means adhering to the pricing set by the service providers and the payment terms outlined by ComforHome. Timely and accurate payment for services not only facilitates a smooth transaction but also upholds the trust and integrity of the platform.

Additional Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Engage in clear, respectful, and honest communication with service providers. This includes discussing service expectations, any specific requirements, and addressing queries or concerns promptly.
  • Feedback and Reviews: Provide constructive feedback or reviews for the services received. Your reviews should be honest, respectful, and helpful to both the service providers and other potential buyers.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the service providers. This includes not sharing their personal information or any confidential details of the service transaction without consent.

ComforHome acts merely as a facilitator in this process and is not a party to, nor responsible for, the terms and execution of this contract. For your convenience, we provide an optional Service Agreement Template to help clarify terms between you and the provider, though its use is voluntary and we are not responsible for its content or enforcement. Therefore, it is essential for you to thoroughly review and understand the terms of service that each provider sets before committing to a contract.

Buyer Conduct

As a valued user of ComforHome, you agree to engage with service providers in a respectful and courteous manner. This commitment includes refraining from any form of abusive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior. Constructive and polite interactions are essential for maintaining a positive and professional environment on our platform. This respectfulness extends not only to verbal and written communications but also to any actions or behaviors during the course of service provision.

Your use of the ComforHome platform must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. This means engaging in transactions and interactions in a manner that is lawful and compliant with legal standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform does not violate any laws, including those related to contract, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer rights. By adhering to these legal requirements, you contribute to a safe, reliable, and trustworthy platform for all users.

In addition to engaging in respectful interactions and lawful use of the platform, as a buyer on ComforHome, your conduct includes several other important aspects:

  1. Timeliness: You should honor the agreed-upon schedules for services. This includes being present at the designated time and location for services that require your presence and promptly responding to communications related to scheduling.
  2. Non-Discrimination: Engage with all service providers without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or disability.

Understanding the “Verified” Status for Service Providers on ComforHome

As a buyer on ComforHome, it’s important for you to understand the “Verified” status of service providers. This status indicates that a service provider has claimed possession of and provided supporting documentation for their relevant qualifications and credentials. These credentials may include certificates, permits, licenses, and diplomas. For instance, caregivers are required to submit items like police record checks and CPR certificates, while independent service providers might need to provide government ID and proof of their business location.

However, it’s crucial to note that while ComforHome takes steps to verify these documents, the responsibility for maintaining the authenticity and validity of their licenses and certificates lies with the service providers. The “Verified” status is a voluntary process for service providers and is not an absolute guarantee. It serves as an indication of a service provider’s commitment to professionalism and credibility. As a buyer, you should consider this status as one of many factors in your decision-making process. Remember, all service providers, regardless of their verification status, are fully responsible for the services they provide.

We also want to emphasize that the “Verified” status of service providers is not an endorsement by ComforHome. This status simply indicates that a service provider has provided certain documentation that suggests they possess relevant qualifications. However, ComforHome does not endorse any service providers, regardless of their verification status. The decision to engage with any service provider, verified or otherwise, is based solely on your judgement and discretion. The “Verified” status should be viewed as one of many factors in your decision-making process, not a comprehensive endorsement of a service provider’s skills, quality, or service.

Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

As a buyer on ComforHome, you are bound by specific guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all users. These guidelines include:

  1. Legal Compliance: Abide by all applicable laws and avoid any activities that violate our Prohibited Listings Policy.
  2. Accuracy of Information: Provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions and transactions on the platform.
  3. Respect for Rights: Do not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  4. Avoidance of Malicious Activities: Refrain from engaging in spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or distributing harmful technologies like viruses.
  5. Infrastructure Respect: Use the ComforHome platform without overloading its infrastructure or disrupting its functionality.
  6. Content Integrity: Do not replicate, alter, or distribute content from others without proper authorization.
  7. Authorized Access: Access the platform using only authorized means and avoid automated tools without ComforHome’s permission.
  8. Privacy Respect: Do not collect personal information about others without their explicit consent.
  9. Adherence to Security Measures: Follow all security measures and protocols put in place by ComforHome.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in actions against your account, including suspension or termination of your access to the ComforHome platform, and legal action where necessary. We take these guidelines seriously to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform for all users.

Fees

As a buyer using the ComforHome platform, please be aware of our fee structure and compliance requirements:

  • Fee Structure: Accessing our Website is generally free, but certain services may carry fees. If a fee is applicable to a service you wish to use, you will have the opportunity to review and accept this fee. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change. We will communicate any changes to our fee policy through our website.
  • Payment Terms: It is important to note that all fees incurred are non-refundable and must be paid promptly as per the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to our Website Services. In cases where payment methods fail or accounts become overdue, we may employ necessary measures to collect outstanding fees.
  • Tax Compliance: Applicable Canadian taxes related to our services will be collected as per the law. You are responsible for providing accurate address information for tax compliance purposes. ComforHome reserves the right to determine and collect appropriate taxes if necessary information is not provided.
  • Platform Accessibility: While most features of our Website Services are available across all ComforHome websites and mobile applications, there may be variations depending on the specific website or device used.
  • Eligibility and Compliance: To utilize certain functionalities on our website, you must be a resident of Canada and legally capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. This includes meeting the age requirement in your respective Province or Territory. Additionally, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those pertaining to licensing and insurance, for any transactions conducted on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

ComforHome shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that arise from your use of the platform or from any services provided by independent service providers, except where such damages result from our gross negligence in verifying provider credentials during registration. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. ComforHome’s role is limited to facilitating the connection between buyers and service providers, and as such, we do not oversee or control the actions, services, or behaviors of these third parties. Your decision to engage with any service provider through our platform is made at your own risk, and ComforHome’s liability, if established, is capped at the greater of (a) the total fees paid to us in the six months prior to the claim or (b) 500 Canadian Dollars. We recommend that buyers obtain their own insurance to mitigate risks associated with services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComforHome and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the ComforHome platform or violation of these Terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising with a service provider, your initial step should be to attempt resolution through direct communication with them. Often, misunderstandings or issues can be resolved amicably and efficiently in this manner. However, if you find that the dispute remains unresolved after direct efforts, ComforHome may offer mediation assistance as a neutral party to facilitate a resolution upon your request at info@comforhome.ca. We encourage both parties to approach such situations with openness and a willingness to reach a fair and amicable resolution. Remember that ComforHome’s role in dispute resolution is to assist and guide rather than to arbitrate or provide binding resolutions; we are not obligated to resolve disputes or liable for their outcomes. Disputes between you and ComforHome will be settled through binding arbitration in Ottawa, Ontario, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from the ComforHome website without express permission infringes upon our intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. As a user, you acknowledge and agree to respect these rights and use the website content in compliance with the applicable laws and terms of use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  4. Commercial Client Services: Our platform focuses on personal and household services for individual clients and families. Services targeted at commercial or business entities are not permitted.
  5. Adult Services: This includes any form of pornography, nudity, erotica, and related activities. Services that are sexually explicit or that exploit adults in any manner are strictly forbidden.

You agree to notify ComforHome immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Your account is for your professional use only and is not to be shared with or transferred to any other individual or entity. You agree to use your account in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service. However, ComforHome does not guarantee the removal of any review unless it clearly violates our platform policies.

You are expected to adhere to all platform policies and guidelines as set forth by ComforHome, including those related to service provision, client interactions, and account management. Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account termination.

You may choose to terminate your account at any time by notifying ComforHome in writing. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations or agreements between you and clients facilitated through the ComforHome platform must be fulfilled or appropriately resolved. ComforHome also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

Your use of the ComforHome platform and any personal data provided through your account is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of service improvement, platform analytics, and as required by law.

Verification Process

The “Verified” status on the ComforHome platform is a designation that indicates a higher level of credibility and trustworthiness for independent service providers.     1. A valid police record check or student ID card, particularly if providing indoor services.

Opting for the “Verified” status is entirely voluntary. However, achieving this status can enhance your visibility and credibility on the platform. You are responsible for the authenticity and ongoing validity of all submitted documents. Any updates to your credentials must be promptly communicated to ComforHome.

Upon submission, we perform reasonable efforts to review your documents for validity and authenticity, including checks for signs of forgery or tampering. This verification process does not involve further investigation or auditing beyond our initial review, and we rely on the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide. If our verification process is found to be grossly negligent and directly results in a claim, our liability is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees paid to us in the six months prior to the claim or (b) 500 Canadian Dollars.

Please note that being “Verified” is an indication of your claimed qualifications and does not transfer any liability associated with your services to ComforHome, except as noted above. You remain solely responsible and fully liable for all services you provide, including adherence to professional standards and regulatory compliance.     • You must adhere to our Prohibited Listings Policy, avoiding offering any services that are not permitted on the platform.
  2. Accuracy of Information:
    • Provide accurate and truthful information about your services, qualifications, and any other content you post.
    • Avoid providing misleading or deceptive information that could misrepresent your services or intentions.
  3. Respect for Independent Rights:
    • Ensure that your use of the platform does not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or any other personal or proprietary rights.
  4. No Spam or Fraudulent Schemes:
    • Refrain from engaging in spamming activities, sending chain letters, or participating in pyramid or similar schemes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the countries where they are published.

If you choose to actively post your listings on another site, whether affiliated with ComforHome or not, you must ensure that your listings align with the policies and guidelines of that particular site. This includes respecting any local laws and cultural norms that may apply.

ComforHome reserves the right to monitor the performance and reception of your listings on our platform and the external sites where they are cross-posted. We reserve the right to remove any listings from our platform and affiliated sites if they are flagged for inappropriate content, cause issues, or are found to be in violation of any regulations, laws, or policies.

As a service provider, you are encouraged to stay updated with the terms and conditions of ComforHome and any external sites where your listings may appear. Ensuring compliance with these terms is crucial for a seamless and uninterrupted experience on our platform and its affiliates.

Fees and Payment Terms for Using Website Services

While the general use of our Website Services is complimentary, certain services may incur fees. If you encounter a service that charges a fee, you will have the opportunity to review and accept these charges before proceeding. Our role is strictly limited to this facilitation, and as such, ComforHome is not involved in and is not responsible for any aspect of the services you provide, except where liability arises from our gross negligence in verifying your credentials during registration. In such cases, our liability is capped at the greater of (a) the total fees paid to us in the six months prior to the claim or (b) 500 Canadian Dollars. We recommend that you obtain your own insurance to cover risks associated with your services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The actual conduct of the services.
  • The interaction between you and the clients.
  • The outcomes or results of the services rendered.
  • The verification, validation, or quality assurance of your services beyond our initial review.

ComforHome does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the qualifications, expertise, or quality of the services provided by you or any other service providers on the platform. Clients select services at their own risk, and ComforHome disclaims all liability in this regard, except as specified above.

Live Chat Code of Conduct

While ComforHome is not able to monitor replies sent within our system between users, we reserve the right to delete or ban those who we deem to be using replies inappropriately. When contacting other users:

  2. Please do not reply to listings with unsolicited opinions, comments, or judgments on the content of the listings or about the poster.
  3. All replies to listings must be in connection to what the listing is offering. Replies regarding other commercial offers are not permitted.
  4. Abusive listing replies are not permitted. Any replies containing hate speech or defamation are strictly prohibited.
  5. Impersonating other users, including supplying fake phone numbers, is not permitted, and those who are found to be doing so may lose the ability to use ComforHome.

ComforHome reserves the right to revoke the ability of any users to reply to ads without notice.

Terms of Booking Feature

Thank you for choosing our website’s booking feature. We have outlined the following policy to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for both individuals and service providers. Please review and adhere to these guidelines when utilizing the booking feature on our website:

  5. Reservation Fee Refunds: If you choose to implement a Reservation Fee, a clear refund policy must be in place. Users should be aware of the conditions under which a refund can be obtained for a canceled booking.
  6. Payment System Fee: When utilizing our payment system to collect the Reservation Fee, a non-refundable charge of 20% will be deducted from the Reservation Fee collected by the listing owner, irrespective of whether the booking is subsequently canceled. In cases where the Reservation Fee is less than $10, we will charge 20% of $10.

By using ComforHome, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our user review policies. Reviews include a rating of 1 to 5 stars and reasons supporting your evaluation. Your review, username, profile photo (if available), and the listing category of the seller will be publicly displayed.

It is essential to leave user reviews in good faith, ensuring a fair representation of your interaction with the other user. When leaving a review on another user’s account, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Be truthful and accurately depict what transpired between you and the other user.
  2. Do not use reviews as a means to harass or abuse another user.
  3. Avoid using reviews to manipulate or mislead other users.
  4. Fixed Reviews: Once submitted, users cannot edit or remove reviews. This policy ensures the integrity of the review system.

We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our policies or guidelines. To maintain the integrity of the review system, users are unable to edit or remove reviews on their own profile or someone else’s. Additionally, ComforHome does not mediate review-related disputes.

  • Avoid posting duplicate listings in one or multiple categories, as they can frustrate our user community. If uncertain about the appropriate category, please search for similar listings to determine their placement. Attempting to post another listing duplicate will trigger our automated filters, resulting in their removal.
  • For enhanced exposure, post your listing within your region. Posting in multiple areas is acceptable, primarily if you reside near two areas. It is crucial to remember that potential buyers are willing to use the Provincial search or distance search feature to locate listings. Hence, posting a single listing is generally as effective as multiple listings within your region.

  • We retain the right to remove ads that impede the user experience.
  • Listings in all Service categories should be concise. Include all aspects of a service within a single listing rather than creating separate listings for each service.
