| Criminal Background Check or Student ID | Every caregiver must possess when providing services to residents. Issued within the past 12 months in Canada. Please remove the password protection or take a screenshot of the certificate. |
| CPR/First Aid Certification | Mandatory for Personal Support Workers, Nurses, and Therapists. Must be issued by a Canadian authorized organization with completed in-person training. Online-only certifications are not accepted. |
| Home Support Services | Home Support Worker certificate, Home Care Assistant certification, or relevant work experience. |
| Personal Support Services | One of the following: Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (e.g., Developmental Service Worker, Health Care Assistant, RPN, RN) from a recognized Canadian institution. Proof of completion of at least one year of nursing studies in Canada. Foreign nursing certificate from an officially authorized organization. |
| Nurses and Therapists | Valid certificate from an authorized Canadian organization. |
| For Other Service Providers | Government-issued ID or utility bill confirming your name and address. If applicable, proof of business address. Any other relevant certifications, permits, licenses, or diplomas as required by regulations. |
