We created this e-platform to provide a stage for caregivers to showcase their experience and expertise.

Who determines the service rates?

The service rate is always determined solely by you, not us.

Caregivers who receive care tasks are requested to offer their desired service rates. They have the flexibility to propose any rate or decline the task. By submitting a service rate, caregivers indicate their willingness to fulfill the assigned task.

How are we allocating care tasks?

Once a Care Plan has been created for a particular client, we extract the Care Tasks from the plan and distribute them to several caregivers to inquire about their availability. Most care tasks are assigned to caregivers close to the client to streamline service delivery, considering their service area and home postal code. However, specific care tasks are exclusively assigned to qualified caregivers, as these tasks have specific qualification requirements.

So, two facts determine whether a caregiver can receive care tasks:

1. 1. The geographical region indicated by the caregiver’s postal code and the area in which caregivers provide their services;
   2. The qualifications of the caregiver;

Every caregiver listed on our website and labeled “Verified” must hold all relevant certifications. All Care Task are only sent to caregivers who have listed on our website. Please submit your certificates here: Candidate Form.

Please note:

1. 1. Please make sure you can legally work in Canada. A valid police record check or student ID is required as all these services are delivered to the client’s residence.
   2. Every caregiver who takes on home care tasks from our company will sign a contract before visiting the client. Payment is made on a bi-weekly basis.
