Each care plan is individualized and based on the unique needs of each client, so service rates cannot be determined until the care plan is approved by you. Service rates depend on two main aspects:

1. Workload, complexity, client health, and service environment;
2. The certificates, qualifications, work experience, professional knowledge and professional abilities of each nursing staff;

After you review and confirm your care plan, we will provide you with information about each suitable caregiver’s qualifications, experience, expertise and service rates so you can choose the most appropriate caregiver.

We offer a completely transparent pricing policy with no hidden fees. Unless there are significant changes to your care plan, all fees will always be calculated based on the rates you selected in your care plan.

We can usually find several suitable caregivers for you to consider within 1 or 2 days of confirming your care plan. So you don’t need to book your service too early – a week in advance is enough.

The sooner we discuss your care plan, the sooner you can find the right caregiver.

No, we do not offer interviews between the client and caregivers because a short conversation does not reveal the caregiver’s competence and expertise, which can only be discovered after a period of service work. Besides that, there are other reasons:

1. For a 15-minute interview, the caregivers will spend 30 minutes to an hour. No one pays for it.

2. If three caregivers attend the interview, even if you choose one of them, the other two who are not chosen will be frustrated;.

3. Any form of interview may imply selection based on race, color, accent, age, etc.

Our intelligent database chooses appropriate caregivers based on their professional competence, occupational qualifications, expertise and geographic location, but never on personal physical characteristics.

Every caregiver here who is willing to give patience and love to others is a real person. This is not picking out fruits in a supermarket.

If you want to modify, suspend or cancel your service plan for a particular day, simply email us 72 hours in advance and we will contact you to modify your service plan and notify your caregiver of the shift change.

If you have any concerns about a caregiver, please email or call us and we will investigate any issues with the caregiver and make improvements immediately.

How we arrange services:

1. You select services.

Select the services you may need, write down your personalized service requirements, and then let us know where and when you need those services.

2. We prepare Care Plans.

Our care team will contact you to learn more about your unique situation and requirements, and then prepare a customized care plan with your confirmation.

3. Choose your own caregiver.

Our intelligent database will filter qualified caregivers and present you their qualifications, experience, specialties and service rates, allowing you to choose the most suitable caregiver for you.

4. High quality services for you.

The caregiver will deliver the services you need right at your specified location and time. We will be there to follow up and make sure everything runs as smoothly as you require.

How we ensure service quality:

1. Rigorous selection of caregivers.

All caregivers are rigorously selected based on work experience, training, and applicable certifications to ensure quality and safety care services.

2. Timely Service logs.

Caregivers submit Service Logs after daily service that are also sent to clients to keep them informed of the progress of the services, which ensures that there are no omissions or errors.

3. Constant Quality Monitoring

With over 10 years of experience in overseeing care services, our administrative staff is in regular contact with our clients to listen to their feedback for immediate improvement.

4. Strict Privacy Protection.

Apply secure digital encryption technology to store and transmit client data, and take strict confidentiality precautions to prevent hacking and data theft.
