DSW and PSW Certified with Medication Monitoring and Crisis Prevention Training
- Police Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, CPR / First aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate

I came to care work deliberately, which is why I am steady in it. Years of technical, client-facing work taught me to plan carefully and listen closely; then I chose to support seniors directly. The ordinary parts of a day — washing, dressing, eating, moving — deserve patience and respect.
My experience is in long-term senior care, supporting up to fifteen residents with activities of daily living: personal and oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding support and mobility. I am comfortable with lift-assisted transfers, with turning and repositioning to protect skin integrity, and with helping someone move from bed to chair without losing their confidence.
I am just as attentive between tasks: I observe and report changes in condition, document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team, so nothing is left to guesswork. Clean, uncluttered spaces matter to me, as does safe product use and spotting problems early.
Reliability is what families remember. I am punctual, calm under pressure and used to getting people where they need to go safely; years of professional driving taught me route planning, defensive habits and courteous service. My design background means I explain things plainly and keep routines predictable.
I hold a Personal Support Worker diploma and current CPR and First Aid certifications. If you want a caregiver who is quiet, dependable and unhurried — someone your family can trust once the door is closed — I would be glad to meet you.
