Compassionate Caregiver Eager to Make a Difference

Driven by a passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need, I am a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker student eager to begin my career. My training at TriOS College has provided me with a strong foundation in patient care principles, personal hygiene assistance techniques, and effective communication skills.

During my internships at Caring Touch Home Health Care and Sienna Senior Living, I gained valuable hands-on experience supporting clients with a wide range of needs. From assisting with safe transfers and mobility exercises to preparing meals according to dietary restrictions and providing companionship and emotional support, I am confident in my ability to deliver quality, client-centered care.

I am proficient in documentation and reporting, adhering to strict safety protocols and infection control measures. My experience working with residents experiencing dementia and Alzheimer’s has instilled in me the importance of patience, empathy, and respect when providing personalized care.

I am a quick learner, eager to expand my knowledge and skills within a supportive team environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi allows me to connect with diverse clients and families effectively.
