As I reflect on my journey, I realize that my passion for helping others has been the driving force behind my career choices. With a strong educational foundation in Social Service Work – Gerontology, I’ve had the privilege of working with seniors and individuals from diverse backgrounds.

My experience as a Recreation Assistant at Sai Dham Wellness allowed me to plan and implement programs that catered to the unique needs of our senior residents. I coordinated activities, schedules, and events, ensuring seamless execution while fostering engagement and well-being among participants. My proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and team collaboration enabled efficient documentation and reporting.

In my role as a Social Worker at Maa Rudrani Society, I had the opportunity to support individuals and families by listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and connecting them with community resources. I worked closely with team members and partners to organize outreach activities and provide essential services such as housing, food support, healthcare, and employment programs.

As a Community Support Worker at Sunrise Community Welfare Society, I provided guidance and support to individuals facing social, personal, or financial challenges. I assisted clients in accessing community resources, including housing support, healthcare services, and employment programs, while fostering positive therapeutic relationships with both elderly individuals and children.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments. My certifications in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, Food Handler Certificate, and Outstanding Certification from Sai Dham Wellness Team demonstrate my commitment to providing high-quality care.
