I’ve always been drawn to helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. That’s why I pursued a career as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). My experience working in various healthcare settings, including home care, has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care for seniors and individuals needing assistance.

I am certified by the National Association of Certified Caregivers (NACC) and have a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of my clients. I’m adept at providing personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding with respect and dignity.

Beyond these essential tasks, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for my clients. This includes assisting with light housekeeping duties like laundry or meal preparation to ensure their home remains a safe and welcoming space.

I am also physically capable of assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed. My priority is always the safety and well-being of those I care for.

Open communication is crucial to me. I believe in actively listening to my clients’ needs and preferences, working collaboratively with them and their families to develop a personalized care plan that promotes independence and enhances their quality of life.
